Madison Hartley
MA-CMHC, LCMHCA Candidate

Hi! I’m Madison Hartley, MA-CMHC, LCMHCA candidate. I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, women, and families as they navigate life's challenges and discover their unique strengths. I believe that every person deserves a supportive space where they can feel understood, build confidence, and learn practical tools to manage life's ups and downs. Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism, eating concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, family conflict, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel empowered and supported every step of the way.

I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, those struggling with eating disorders, and clients experiencing challenges with emotional regulation, self-esteem, and relationships. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you're trying your best but still feel stuck, misunderstood, or exhausted by the demands of daily life. Together, we'll work to better understand your experiences, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play-based interventions & family systems-informed approaches to help clients increase self-awareness, manage emotions effectively, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients feel safe showing up exactly as they are while working toward growth with compassion rather than perfection.

I earned my MA-CMHC from Liberty University and have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in a variety of settings. I am passionate about helping clients embrace their strengths, build resilience, and develop the confidence to navigate life's challenges while creating meaningful connections with themselves and those around them.
