Jackie Sabella
MSW, LCSWA
Hi! My name is Jackie Sabella, MSW, LCSWA. I am passionate about supporting children, families, and individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing and growth. I believe everyone deserves a comfortable and nonjudgmental space to process emotions, learn healthy coping strategies, and strengthen their relationships. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered.
I enjoy helping children and families build stronger connections, improve communication, and develop tools to manage big feelings. I also enjoy working with individual adults who want to better understand themselves, navigate stress, or create positive changes in their lives.
I use a strengths-based approach and am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy. I also have experience implementing Functional Family Therapy (FFT) in home-based settings and working with clients in both private practice and detention center environments. I offer Friday and Saturday appointments, as well as virtual sessions, to provide additional scheduling flexibility for busy families.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2020. My background includes more than five years of experience supporting children, families, and individuals in a variety of therapeutic settings.
