Emma-Lee Rush
MSW, LCSWA
Hi! I'm Emma-Lee Rush, MSW, LCSWA. I am passionate about supporting children and adolescents ages 6–17 as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. I believe every child deserves a safe, compassionate space to explore their emotions, build new skills, and feel understood. My goal is to create a collaborative environment where children, teens, and their parents feel supported and empowered.
I enjoy working with young clients with ADHD, low-needs autism, OCD, and behavioral challenges related to neurodivergence. I have a special passion for helping preteens and teens work through defiance, emotional regulation difficulties, and other behavioral concerns so they can thrive at home, school, and in relationships.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play-Based Therapy, and elements of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I am currently completing training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to enhance my ability to support teens with OCD. I also offer Christian counseling upon request.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of West Florida and my Bachelor of Social Work from Liberty University. My experience includes working with children, teens, adults, and older adults in outpatient, inpatient, in-home, and crisis settings.
