Heidi Esparrago Zeppelin
MSW, LCSW, LCAS
Hi! My name is Heidi Esparrago Zeppelin, MSW, LCSW, LCAS. I am passionate about walking alongside children, adolescents, adults, and families as they work through life’s challenges and begin their healing journey. I believe every client deserves a safe and supportive space to process their experiences, rebuild trust, and move forward with confidence. My goal is to provide a compassionate, trauma-informed environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma and enjoy supporting parents and postpartum women as they navigate the unique challenges of this season of life. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and helping clients develop tools that promote resilience and lasting growth.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and take a trauma-informed approach to therapy. I work with children, teens, adults, and families, focusing on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, parenting support, and postpartum mental health.

I earned my Master of Social Work in 2012 in New York and relocated to North Carolina in 2015. I have over a decade of experience providing clinical therapy in a variety of settings. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a clinical supervisor for members of the Parent Like It Matters team. I offer a limited number of virtual appointments to support accessibility and flexibility for clients.
